Le décret du Chef de l’Etat créant une université à Bamenda a été rendu public cet après midi. Il s’agit là de la concrétisation d’une annonce fête dans son discours du 08 décembre dernier à Bamenda pendant la célébration du cinquantenaire des armées. Une promesse devenue réalité en quelques jours. Cette université a pour établissement principal, l’Ecole Normale de Bambili.

Le Chef de l'Etat a donc officiellement lancé sa campagne hier dans la ville de Bamenda en apportant des contre-propositions aux propositions faites par le leader de Cameroun Generation 2011.
RépondreSupprimerAinsi donc à la création d'un village universitaire à Ombessa dans le département du Mbam et Kim, le Président de la République oppose la création d'une université à Bamenda avec les mêmes attributions que celles proposées par Cameroun Generation 2011.
Le Chef de l'Etat a aussi parlé de la construction d'un hôpital de référence à Bamenda, emboîtant à nouveau le pas à Vincent Sosthène FOUDA dans sa proposition d’une profonde réforme de la fonction publique hospitalière au Cameroun dans le but de permettre une meilleure prise en charge des populations camerounaises.
Le chef de l'Etat est allé jusqu'à reprendre à son compte le terme favori de la campagne du leader de Cameroun Generation 2011 sans pour autant le citer à savoir la construction du "nous-commun" !
"Rassemblons nos efforts au profit de tous sans rien renier de ce qui fait l'identité de chacun d'entre-nous" vient rappeler aux habitués des prises de parole de Vincent Sosthène FOUDA ses propos du 20 mai 2010: "Cameroon is a great human success which draws the envy of many nations around us. We have proven that it is possible for people from different languages and culture to live together in harmony and respect for others."
Pour peu que l'on soit un peu plus vigilant sur les prises de parole des uns et des autres, la prochaine élection présidentielle du Cameroun va se jouer sur le front des idées.
Du côté de Cameroun Generation on se réjouit d’avance car nous pensons que les Camerounais ne sont pas dupes. Entre l'original et la copie, ils vont préférer l'original et celui est de leur côté.
En attendant que les autres prétendants au fauteuil d'Etoudi fassent leurs propositions, la scène politique camerounaise est donc occupée, tout du moins sur le plan des idées par deux hommes : Paul Barthélémy BIYA et Vincent-Sosthène FOUDA-ESSOMBA.
Alors à vos programmes, Mila Assouté, Jean-Jacques EKINDI, Adamou NDAM-NJOYA, Cristopher FUMUNYOH, Louis-Tobie MBIDA mais également KAH WALLA même si cette dernière a repris le slogan de campagne de Cameroun Generation 2011 et l'utilisation abusive des discours de Vincent Sosthène FOUDA téléchargés sur le site de Cameroun Generation 2011 comme l'affirme un journaliste camerounais basé aux Etats-Unis.

President Biya thus, followed the footsteps of Dr. Vincent Sosthène FOUDA, who since November 6, 2009 decided to make the Cameroonian bilingualism effective by alternately speaking in both languages. Yesterday, the Head of State officially launched his campaign in the town of Bamenda by bringing in counterproposals to those made by the leader of Cameroon Generation 2011.

The Head of State also mentioned the construction of a reference hospital in Bamenda, once again closely following Vincent Sosthène FOUDA in his proposal for a profound reform of the Public Health administration in Cameroon in order to allow a better healthcare for Cameroonian people.
The head of state went on by taking on his account the favourite term of Cameroon Generation 2011 leader without quoting him: the construction of "our common well-being!"
The declaration: "Gathering our efforts for the benefit of all without denying anything that makes the identity of each of us" reminds to regular Vincent Sosthène FOUDA’s readers about his May 20, 2010 declaration stating that: "Cameroon is a great human success which draws the envy of many nations around us. We have proven that it is possible for people from different languages and culture to live together in harmony and respect for others. "
As long as one is a little more vigilant regarding each other’s declarations or speeches, the next presidential election in Cameroon will be played on the front of ideas.
As far as Generation Cameroon 2011 is concerned, we are looking forward to this battle because we believe that Cameroonians are not fools. They will prefer the original to the copy and the one who is on their side.
Until the other pretenders to Etoudi’s chair make their proposals, the Cameroonian political scene is occupied, at least in terms of ideas by two men: Paul Bartholomew Biya and Vincent Sosthène FOUDA-ESSOMBA.
So may you work on your programs, Mila ASSOUTÉ, Jean-Jacques EKINDI, Adamou NDAM-NJOYA, Cristopher FUMUNYOH, Louis Tobias MBIDA but also KAH WALLA although, the latter took over Cameroon Generation 2011’s campaign slogan and misuses Vincent Sosthène FOUDA’s speeches downloaded from Cameroon Generation 2011 website as stated by a Cameroonian journalist based in the United States.
